The Samaritans
Online Harms was a series videos for the Samaritan’s socials to help young people stay safe online and raise awareness of their incredible resources. The videos were designed to be impactful and shareable, and aimed at young people aged 18-25.
The goal was to broaden the reach of Samaritan’s Online Harms campaign and to help young people stay safe online when dealing with self-harm and suicide-related content.

Behind the Scenes
We wanted to make sure the animations didn’t feel preachy or boring, or risk them being overly dark and triggering. The goal was to encourage the target audience to engage with the resources and information available on Samaritan’s website, so to keep things consistent, we used elements of Samaritan’s brand colour palette and illustrative style.
